Talent Search Methodology

Our selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the client’s needs and goes all the way to post recruitment follow-up with both client and candidate.

The key principle of our search methodology is based on CLIENT – CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION PROCEDURE .This requires a clear understanding of  the client’s organisation with regard to existing business activities, organisational structure, culture and future growth plans.

We identify position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities and other relevant details. Every aspect of the role is carefully discussed and analyzed down to fine details and specifications for positions. Once the specifications are identified, we look at the behavioral traits that the candidate will need to be successful in the specified role. We  analyze in detail the current and future challenges and critical incidences that are most likely to be encountered.

Once all the important aspects are carefully understood, we work on the detailed Job Specs and candidate profile which then go for client approval.

We develop a Sourcing Strategy and draw up a target list of appropriate industries / companies from which to recruit utilizing our network, along with our database. With this we develop a list of most promising candidates. This is presented to the client as a proposed list of people we intend to approach.

Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, they are contacted and appraised of the opportunity for eliciting their interest in the position.

We do a detailed evaluation of the candidates with the aim of determining a profile match with the job, their career aspirations and suitability in the context and culture of client organisation. In addition to personal interviews, we selectively use psychometric assessment tools, aptitude and specific skill based testing.

Detailed Reference Checks are done on candidate(s) who have been selected to be hired, before the offer is formally extended.

We also support in the negotiations for the final candidate’s compensation requirements and if required, assist in completing the hiring arrangements.

We don’t believe that hiring and placement is the end of our assignment.  We do post joining follow- ups with the client and candidate ensuring smooth transition.

We seamlessly integrate the search process with the client organization and work as an extended enterprise to source candidates with desired capabilities  who will best fit the organization culture and values.
